Wednesday Wellness Throughout the day when we are working solidly, we often will reach for a tea or coffee. However do we ever really think about the benefits to our health at the same time? Tea has so many benefits and it comes in such a range from standard black teas to green tea and fruit teas. Whilst coffee is lovely in smell, taste the kick it gives one. It is better to drink in moderation. The social bonding aspect makes it popular too for coffee over tea. In particular when we are building up contacts in business.
