Do you remember my Wiser Brandchamp announcement post way back when? ⌛️ Well fast-forward a few months, our cohort has now wrapped up and during our final call, I was awarded 'Most Improved Wiser Brandchamp' 🤩 So what contributed to my 104% increase in follower growth since January (other than expert guidance from Emma Keane and Amelia S.)...? 1. Consistency - Sure, we all have drought periods where life & work can get super busy, but keeping myself accountable for posting at least once every two/three weeks maintained the consistency of my online presence, helping to build by audience. 2. Strategy & Authenticity - I created content pillars and topics which relate to my expertise, which helped craft my niche and identify my target audience. 3. Content - If I ever felt dry on content, I posted about other brands' events / creative work, offering my opinion, commenting my thoughts, and starting conversations to drive engagement. It's always good to remember, you don't always have to actually post to build your personal brand on Linkedin; commenting on other people's posts with insights and opinions will also help channel traffic to your page.
