Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to attend an insightful event focused on the Greek real estate market in 2024 and the expectations for 2025. The presentations and discussions confirmed that the Greek real estate sector remains an attractive and dynamic investment environment. However, it also faces several challenges that need to be addressed to unlock its full potential. A special thanks to the organizers, especially Ilias Papageorgiadis for the excellent organization and valuable insights.
