One dimension I really enjoy in my role as a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE Singapour - French Foreign Trade Advisors) is to support young talents and mentor the next generation of leaders. It was a pleasure to organise a networking event last Thursday with the community of VIEs, the international early career program led by the French government agency for business development abroad. This informal gathering allowed us to discuss career choices and share life experiences in the Asia Pacific region. I was proud to introduce Jenny Pradel and Laetitia Han Ching, newly recruited VIEs who have joined my team to work on Communications and Legal functions. I wish all of you the best of success in this very unique experience that will boost the beginning of your international career.
