Let's think about increasing salaries now to make it an even more spectacular place to work. The hand to mouth salaries against the workload is not balanced

I second the "How?" comment. I worked there for 10 years, from seasonal part time sales associate to CSS Keyholder. The company has changed vastly, and not in a good way. If you'd only pay your employees better, they would stay longer and work harder.

I worked for Burlington in Dedham Massachusetts. The store was always dirty. Everything on the floor. I would not or do not go to Burlington in Dedham.

How is it possible. I heard people are quitting because of poor working conditions.

Not really. Speaking from experience, employees are pushed to their breaking point as far as work load is concerned.  For $11 an hour, I think not

Well done - congrats!

Y'all have to do something about theft 😔 it's scary and sad how many times the store is robbed in Las Vegas

No they do not. The one in Dedham is disgusting. To dirty for me.

Me gustaría trabajar para brindarles my esperiencia y poder ser útil para tan valioso almacen
