This week, I’ve been taking my AI integration to the next level.
This week I received AI summarised meeting notes post a client check in.
I uploaded these notes into my clients custom GPT mode, which helps me keep the AI updated with the latest insights. These notes included really good insights into the clients current workflow challenges, aspirations, visions and more.
Then, I ask it to suggest different outcomes or strategic ideas based on this new information.
It’s incredible to see how it can provide fresh perspectives that align closely with the client’s evolving needs, and I can then provide better marketing outcomes too.
But here’s the key: AI isn’t just about asking it to write something for you.
It’s about working with AI—human + machine—to create unique, well-thought-out content that stands out from the crowd.
It’s a collaborative process, and the value really shines when you actively “train” your AI with ongoing updates, insights, and reflections after each meeting.
By feeding it with current, tailored information, I ensure it continues to learn and grow.
The result? Smarter suggestions, deeper insights, and more personalised outcomes for each client.
AI is powerful, but the magic happens when we take an active role in guiding it too, which is why I invest the time to create each client of mine's custom GPT's and actively update it every month with any notes, monthly metrics and more.
