During the NeuroSummer Omind Neurotechnologies workshop in Paris yesterday, I learned more about the essential skills needed to work effectively with artificial intelligence (AI). Thanks to your brilliant exposition Clarisse Pamies Nicolas Bassan Ludovic Cinquin Among other topics, the speakings emphasized the importance of cognitive skills over emotional ones in this context: 1/Curiosity and Tolerance for Uncertainty One of the key takeaways was the significance of curiosity combined with tolerance for uncertainty. Curiosity drives the exploration of new ideas and the asking of pertinent questions, while tolerance for uncertainty helps navigate situations where answers are not immediately clear. These qualities are vital for adapting to the rapid technological advancements and changing work environments. 2/Cognitive Flexibility Cognitive flexibility was highlighted as another crucial skill. This ability involves changing perspectives when faced with the same problem, which helps in viewing situations from different angles. This reduces cognitive biases and promotes a more objective analysis. Developing cognitive flexibility allows one to step back from personal biases and utilize information more critically and effectively. 3/Critical Analysis and Objectivity The ability to critically analyze content and data was also stressed. This includes questioning assumptions and validating information to make better use of it. By reducing cognitive biases, one can make more informed and relevant decisions. Do you have any comments about it? Are you concerned about AI? What do managers need to develop with AI? Feel free to send me DM to get more imformation about our Omind tools!😀🙏🏻 BTI Coaching #Neuroscience #AI #FutureOfAI #CompetenciesWithAI #Selfawareness #Brain #CognitiveAgility
