After 27 incredible years, the time has come to bid farewell to British Rowing - my professional home for nearly three decades. It’s a bittersweet moment as I reflect on my journey and the amazing colleagues and athletes with whom I’ve worked. Over the years, I've had the privilege to learn, grow, evolve, and contribute to something very special. There have been challenges that have tested my limits but there have been many more amazing milestones that have filled me with pride. I am deeply grateful for the friendships, the trust, and the opportunities that British Rowing has provided me. It’s been an honour to collaborate with such talented individuals and to contribute in some small part to the GB Rowing Team’s successes. While it’s hard to say goodbye, I am excited for this new chapter of life. I look forward to exploring new interests, resurrecting some old ones, spending more time with loved ones and reconnecting with old friends. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Your support, friendship and encouragement have meant so much to me. Here's to new beginnings and the memories that will last a lifetime!
