There are two ways to look at this article. One is that it’s incredibly depressing that we need to talk about respecting the inherent dignity of human beings at work. The other is that we all know we DO need to talk about it, so good for the authors for doing so. Catholic businesspeople, we have a rich tradition in our Church of honoring workers’ dignity. We know Who gives each of us that dignity. Let’s lead the way!
