We asked our community what they want others to know this World Childless Week. The following slides contains information about World Childless Week and your responses. Please feel free to skip this post if this is not supportive for you at this time. World Childless Week is a week to recognise and raise awareness for the childless not by choice (cnbc) community. This takes place this year from 16th-22nd September. More information, including support resources can be found at: worldchildlessweek.net A note on endometriosis and fertility: While endometriosis does not necessarily cause infertility, there is an association with fertility problems, though the cause is not fully established. Further information is available on our website. Document image descriptions: The first three slides contain the text above in red on a yellow background. The next 5 slides contain an instagram question answer box on a yellow background. These contain the following responses: 1. It can feel like you are utterly, utterly alone. I promise you are not. 2. People mean well, but casually being asked if I have kids is so hard. 3. I love seeing your kids, but it's a lot and I sometimes have to say no x 4. The hardest thing in the world is having that choice taken away from you 5. I am so scared it won't happen for me when it's something I want so badly

I’ve been having a lot of thoughts lately about my work and how I talk about it and how it’s perceived. I don’t want to promote this idea that if only you ate better, if only you worked out in the right way, if only you used a certain body lotion and stopped using plastic, and meditated every day, you’d get pregnant. Can changing the way you eat optimize your fertility? 100% Can managing stress help your pregnancy outcomes? Yes. Can lifestyle changes boost fertility? Of course. Do 75% of my clients have a baby? Yes. I also know it’s not going to happen for everyone. But here’s the catch, whether you get pregnant and have a baby, build your family through other means, or don’t have children, working with me is still transformative. According to my clients, managing the fertility journey is easier. The lows are not as low. They’re not so overwhelmed. They’re not laser focused on fertility 24/7. Which might sound ironic, because we’re meeting weekly, and setting goals around nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management … whatever they need (I meet you where you’re at). Because they learn it’s not about fixing you. It’s about empowering you with the tools you need to support your fertility and support YOU in the process. So that whatever your outcome, you are healthier, happier, and ready for the next chapter. If this resonates with you, schedule a free fertility support session or message me. https://lnkd.in/eik8tSii
