Do You Have Yours? When it comes to fertility, clear goals are everything. But what exactly are fertility goals? Fertility goals are the specific steps you set to improve your chances of conceiving and maintaining a healthy pregnancy. They give you a sense of direction and control over your journey. For me, some of my goals include: ✅ Improve my hormones ✅ Ovulate consistently on my own ✅ Eliminate unnecessary medications (all if possible) ✅ Remove toxins that can harm conception, implantation & healthy pregnancy ✅ Healing underlying health issues It’s not just about getting pregnant—it’s about creating the best conditions for conception while staying healthy, both physically and emotionally. Having clear goals keeps me focused, guides my conversations with doctors, and reminds me that I am in control of my journey. It also helps me recognize progress, which gives me a boost of excitement and hope each time I reach a goal!! Do you have clear goals for your fertility journey? If not, now might be the perfect time to set some! Send me a direct message if you want some help with creating your fertility goals. #FertilityJourney #EmpoweredFertility #InfertilitySupport #FertilityGoals #Hopeful #TTCJourney #FertilityCoach

🌸 October marks pregnancy and baby loss awareness month🌸 1 in 4 of you reading this will sadly resonate with this post, and I'm so sorry. Losing a baby is one of the hardest things that any woman or man can experience, and is not an uncommon story during the painful path of infertility. During our journey, we uncovered a little glimmer of hope, which we thought we would share... One fascinating, and somewhat comforting discovery is maternal-fetal microchimerism—a process where a small number of the baby’s cells cross the placenta during pregnancy and remain in the mother’s body, sometimes for years. 🧬💞 Research suggests that these cells may play a role in supporting future pregnancies by helping with tissue repair and strengthening the immune system, meaning that our babies live on within their potential future siblings too 💛 Thankfully, now writing as a mother, I find this such a lovely, gentle reminder of how deeply intertwined the connection between us and our baby can be. We know that the path to parenthood can be complex and difficult, and every journey is unique. At Fertility Action Network we know that sharing this things makes the difficult and often heartbreaking journey, just that little bit less isolating. #FertilityActionNetwork #SupportThroughInfertility #MaternalHealth #HopeAndScience #WomensHealth #Microchimerism #InfertilityAwareness

The belief that irregular periods make conception impossible is a myth. While irregular periods can pose challenges by making ovulation unpredictable, they are not an absolute barrier to pregnancy. By exploring fertility treatments, making lifestyle changes, and working closely with healthcare providers, many women with irregular periods can successfully conceive. The key is to understand the underlying causes of irregular periods, take proactive steps to improve menstrual regularity, and explore all available options for fertility support. With patience, persistence, and the right guidance, overcoming conception challenges with irregular periods is entirely possible. If you have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and are finding it difficult to conceive, it might be time to explore fertility treatments. Fertility treatments are tailored to your individual circumstances, including your age, health, and test results. Typically, if you’re a young woman and your partner’s fertility results are normal, you may be offered ovulation induction. If this doesn’t result in pregnancy, you may want to consider IVF. Together, we can help you find the right treatment path for you. Verity (PCOS UK) #PCOSawarenessmonth #PCOSawareness #PCOS
