It's all about the Money! Forget about meeting people with talent and ambition, gaining an understanding of what drives them, what they define as success, how they would like to make a difference to transformation projects. It is about the money. At least that is what many change sponsors seem to think!? Jane pictured above is one of those brilliant people that I got to meet on a recent project and she is one of many people that I am so grateful to have met having worked with so many clients and sites all over the world. Don't get me wrong I appreciate money to but I love what I do (working with people) to earn it. People process and systems are the key components of any change. They cannot work or change independently but very often clients immediately consider the people component known as ... Business Change Management! Nice post Something I am passionate about, if you are making a significant change - to embed it in the culture of the firm. So it's sustained, owned and shaped by the people. This engenders a lasting change which enables firms to move the dial significantly - be that revenue, customer service, cost, efficiency etc. Without that its a superficial activity that may drive some short term benefits but does nothing to make a significant improvement, which is what change should be about.
