As we dive into the new year, a bunch of us are either snagging new roles OR figuring out our game plan for the months ahead to get where we want to be. Here's my go-to tip for those eyeing leadership roles: "Start leading from the front now!" 💡 What does that mean? Whether you're making moves from SDR to AE or climbing up from Director to Senior Director, there are low-key things you can do to show you are leadership material. You don't need to make a big announcement - think about how you are stepping up for the team, modeling the daily tasks you would need a team to do, and taking on extra tasks without making a fuss. The key is to showcase your leadership potential through tangible actions.
