What does it mean to have clarity in your messaging? (and it's not some fancy mission statement) Your brand messaging is key for communicating clearly with your customers. Confusion will cause them to go somewhere else (and quickly). There are 3 components to a clear message in your business. And your customer should be able to identify them within seconds of learning about you. 1. What problem do you solve 2. What solution do you offer that solves that problem 3. The result they will receive after purchasing your solution This isn't all that brand messaging is, but it's a great start! Many business don't even have this down. Hope that helps!

Agency clients are not buying "brand strategy," "CX," "design," "production," etc. They are paying for value… - a “solution” to a problem - a positive business “outcome” - an "output" that helps them achieve a goal But when we look at most agency websites, capabilities decks, or pitch material, more often than not, we'll see a menu of capabilities. This is a huge missed opportunity to talk about your unique strengths... 🤔 What are the types of problems you solve better than anyone else? 🤔 What are the types of brands, categories, or audiences you know incredibly well? 🤔 What are the unique benefits of your agency's philosophy, approach, or business model? When you look at your agency's promotional material, what do you see? Are you selling a list of capabilities, like most agencies, or are you selling what you can do better than others?
