5mo💯 I’ve worked with plenty of C-suite clients and many are confused about what is meant by “brand.” And it’s not completely their fault. Our industry complicates the idea of brand, the steps to achieve outcomes, and the outcomes themselves. The language we use is often confusing even amongst people in our profession.
