Helping Recruiters Unlock Salesforce. I Didn't Know What I Was Missing Using a Typical ATS 🤦♂️

How to know if you should consider Salesforce to replace your ATS. (Easy Checklist) I've seen plenty of recruiting and staffing companies make the switch to Salesforce as their ATS. Here's what they were experiencing in their old system that made Salesforce the perfect fit for them. ❌ Not the right fields -- Are you not able to track the types of things you want to know about your candidates or clients because you're not able to add a new field or change what's shown on their record? ❌ Tools aren't integrated -- Do you have multiple different pieces of software you use or different tools that you wished could talk to each other or at least show their data in one source of truth? ❌ Reports aren't what you want -- Are you not getting the types of reports you need to know what's going on in your business? Do you wish there were more reports you could build on your own without needing a support call and then paying more money? ❌ Paying for features you're not using -- Is your entire company paying for access to every feature of the ATS you're using? Do your C-Level execs pay for the ability to search resumes? When's the last time they've ever done that? How about approving someone's timecard? ❌ Bending your business process to your software -- Have you had to modify the way you want to do business or say something like "Our system labels it this way but what that really means is...." because of the ATS you're using? ❌ Automation is limited -- Are you truly able to automate your business or are you just sending out scheduled emails? I've been in your shoes and wondered if Salesforce could solve any of these issues for my business. 6 years later, I can confidently tell you that it has eliminated each of these pain points.
