I bought B&W simply because of their excellence both in high end production studios (long term testing), and because they align with the engineering and sound quality I am looking for. After all, its all about high quality reproduction. PMC or ATC are not taking the 'celeb to sell' approach, but companies work differently. Most real HiFi users/engineers do A-B testing anyway, so marketing has little bearing on decision. No offence to David, his branding for fashion carries weight, but I doubt this will sway the most ardent of HiFi buffs... There again, it might?

Yes they are perfect! The best earphones i have ever heard, but, has someone tried to used wired to a Marantz A/B pure analog, amplifier??, for sure with every chain splited.. High res music, Advanced DAC, etc?? Believeme they Sound perfect, Just as my pair of vintage Bowers and Wilkins DM602.5 S3, the LAST models made in England, they are a treasure for me!

Impressive partnership, but money would have been better spent reviving the dealer network and breathing some love back into the whole setup. Love B&W, but they just aren’t what they used to be unfortunately
