Joining Panasonic, formerly Matsushita, in 1997 marked a pivotal moment in my career. As Head of Global Sourcing, Procurement, and SCM, I was introduced to the esteemed Panasonic brand—a beacon of innovation globally. Incidentally this was my first true MNC experience. My journey at Panasonic was defined by the immersive Morning Assembly ritual, where we recited the seven principles of Matsushita. These principles continue to inspire with me even today : 1. Contribution to Society: A commitment to meaningful impact. 2. Fairness and Honesty: Upholding integrity and transparency. 3. Cooperation and Team Spirit: Fostering collaboration and inclusivity. 4. Untiring Efforts for Improvements: Embracing continuous growth and innovation. 5. Courtesy and Humility: Cultivating respect and empathy. 6. Adaptability: Navigating change with agility and resilience. 7. Gratitude: Practicing appreciation and acknowledgment. These principles have left an indelible mark, shaping my leadership philosophy and personal values. They serve as guiding lights, inspiring excellence in all aspects of life and work. My journey at Panasonic was more than a career milestone—it was a transformative experience that continues to influence my approach to life. Grateful for the lessons learned, I always remember Matsushita's legacy of excellence, integrity, and societal contribution in all endeavours.

TCV Valeo became Spheros on July 1st after the acquisition by H.I.G. Capital. It has been interesting and challenging to see from the inside an M&A, which not everyone gets to experience as Management Controller. What did I learn? - How to adapt reporting processes to new stakeholders. - To change the priority on measured results, from a margins focus to being more cash oriented. - How to handle new software as Lucanet. - How to handle sudden requests that I was not used to. The challenges are not over, but I consider this experience currently formative and enriching for my career.

This month marks my first 100 days in my new role as member of the board of management at Bosch and I must say, time flew by incredibly fast. I am already feeling right at home - thanks to everyone who made my start so seamless.🙏 It's been an incredible journey filled with many 'firsts'. From the initial introductions to getting to know so many new people and quickly absorbing a vast amount of knowledge, these first days were both exciting and inspiring. Overall, I can say: It feels really good to be at Bosch and part of the team. Whenever I dive into a new responsibility, my top priority is always listening to all my dedicated new colleagues and build relationships with them. This is even more true now that I am not only new to this position but also new to the company. I want to learn what motivates our team, our strengths, areas where we can improve, and how we can achieve our goals together. What has impressed me most so far is the high level of motivation and commitment of all the experts and stakeholders I have the privilege of working with. Their passion and relentless commitment to excellence is truly motivating.💪 And what’s next? Now is the time to fine-tune our future direction. Together. Nevertheless, I can’t help but feel a sense of pride in what we have achieved so far. This gives me confidence that we’re more than capable of overcoming any challenges ahead. As I look back on the first 100 days, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the warm welcome and support I have received. I’m really excited for the opportunities ahead and can’t wait to keep moving forward with our incredible team at Bosch: Let’s create solutions truly #InventedforLife that are accessible for as many people as possible, spark enthusiasm, improve quality of life, and help to globally enable the energy transition.
