While the current #politicalenvironment presents increasing challenges for businesses, only 14% of executives surveyed consider it to be challenging or extremely challenging for #philanthropic activities—and nearly half (45%) don’t find it challenging at all. 📉 This likely reflects the lower levels of political and regulatory scrutiny of #corporatecitizenship; and its critical role in facilitating #socialresponsibility, #goodwill, and support from stakeholders. Corporate citizenship can therefore be a strategy to navigate political uncertainty. How can organizations fully leverage corporate citizenship’s potential? We are feminist activists ourselves, providing rapid and catalytic support to frontline defenders. Now, in these consequential times, we are proud to share our Feminist Principles of Philanthropy, a distillation of our collective learning and visioning 💜❤️💛💚 Our eight principles are a blueprint for a new way of being and doing in the sector – one that we believe is necessary to bring about the just and equitable world we need.
