Jackie speaks about the food Compass guidelines that put Honey Nut Cheerios and Lucky Charms cereals as a green food that should be eaten and eggs cooked in butter, cheese and mince beef are red as foods to be avoided. It is no wonder people are confused about what they should eat when they are constantly bombarded with conflicting information. Is it possible that this is part of the plan? If people are confused they won’t change anything. For Nicola and Jackie the answer is simple - would our ancestors have eaten it 10,000 years ago? If yes then it is probably good for you.
