This is hugely important! When those champions or reps leave, they don’t just take knowledge—they take trust, rapport, and influence with them. Even if the contracts or accounts stay with the company, the relationship behind the deal can be lost. This is where churn becomes more than just a numbers game; it’s about rebuilding relationships from scratch each time a key player exits.
