A moment's distraction [I had been browsing your train lines but was redirected unwittingly to your bus lines] and I booked a bus trip. Shortly after, realising my error, I was chatting with an agent online - who parroted the company line - no refund, only voucher. Shameful and dishonest business practices. Does this "right to withdraw from the purchase agreement " not mean that I can withdraw from this purchase? Please consider this statement as my "text form"!
