Earlier in the week I shared we were wrapping up analysis into over over 1000 POCs sent via TestBox, and the results are must read for AEs and SE! 📊
Did you know that 28% of buyers never even test out the POCs your sales team works tirelessly to create? 😱 That's hours of effort down the drain!
But here's the kicker: there's a staggering 420% higher chance of sealing the deal if the buyer actually engages with the POC. 💼💥
So, what sets the prospects who become customers apart? 🏆 They immerse themselves in the experience, spending an average of 94 minutes exploring inside TestBox. That's dedication!
Highly engaged teams spend over 2 hours in the platform, with some clocking in over 10 hours! Talk about commitment!
Here's the takeaway: when sending out POCs, keep an eye on engagement metrics. Look for prolonged usage (an hour or more) and multiple logins across the buying team. The more stakeholders involved, the better your chances!
