As someone who's grown companies and teams in the past, the word #scaling gives me butterflies in the stomach...in a positive way. I'm always excited to tackle challenges and explore different solutions, from various angles, testing out ideas and seeing what works and what doesn't. And there were times when I definitely failed, but the good thing about learning is that you can look for people who have been where you want to go; the people who have done way better in implementing their ideas and structures. And that's particularly what I look for in terms of #personalgrowth and #learning. Next Monday Supercharge Growth is hosting this HIGH-IMPACT #webinar that's filled with tactical #knowledge imbued with #highlevel #strategy conversations. If you're a #CSuite like me or a #Startup #Founder, this 1.5-hour #masterclass could be the one jam-packed dialogue you need to shift and IMPROVE your current strategies because the guest speaker, Warren Billington, literally has BEEN THERE...DONE THAT. I couldn't be more excited about this, knowing Warren's expertise, his passion for #leadership, and his unique approach to #GrowthHacking and scaling efficiently. Oh! And the team's got an exclusive #CEO Operating Model Guide to be given exclusively to those who will attend live!

If only someone told me this before my 1st startup... 1. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. You need to talk to users as much as you can to move forward, even if it means doing things that don't scale. 2. 𝐍𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬. The most important thing is to make your user more successful by solving their biggest struggles, challenges and frustrations. Something nice-to-have won't lead to a big business. 3. 𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭. So don't spend months drawing them up. Take 5 minutes to put your idea on a business model canvas, and go test them.
