𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶-𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗖 𝗤𝗜𝟮.𝟬: Replace the AA batteries with a rechargeable Li-ion battery, supporting wireless charging (QI2.0). This will simplify charging and reduce the carbon footprint due to reusable batteries. 🌍 2. 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Enhance the existing vibration feedback for clearer and more diverse tactile responses, improving usability for individuals with restricted vision. 📲 3. 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: Replace the physical button with a touch-sensitive area, offering robust haptic feedback. This will improve durability against dust and water ingress. 💧 4. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Add a proximity sensor that automatically starts the measurement when the device is near the skin, streamlining the process. 🖐 5. Roambee Launched a DISPOSABLE Peel-And-Stick 5G Tracking Label. Waste, Risk Or Reward - Which Is It? I love all things data. The more information you have, the better decisions you are able to make (when used properly and effectively of course). This new innovation from Roambee is very cool. A standard 4x6 smart label that's as easy to use as a barcode but that includes 5G and GPS sensors . Now users can track a package, a box or a container. Anywhere. And all the time. The downsides? eWaste and cyber-security. Printing billions of labels every year is bad. Adding microchips and sensors to it doesn't make our planet healthier. On a security side, broadcasting package data all the time is also a risk. While the information is no doubt encrypted, security around this will rely on a lot of random serializations and backend databases to make sure only the right people know what buzzing away in the container.
