Sales people have to attend too many meetings Correct – it is good as well However, it is good to keep in mind certain things for the people who is heading the meeting. There are certain do and do not that one should follow in the meeting 1. Meeting should be time bound – 15 to 30 mins (Max) 2. Prepare for your meeting 3. Don’t start – so tell me your progress for the last week (as the lead of the meeting - you should know details by the end of Friday evening or Saturday, what your individual sales people have achieved for the week, what is the pipeline etc 4. Discuss about new strategies 5. Discuss about what next step to grow. 6.
