See how BDDC is helping local organizations thrive. Reviving Downtown, One Business at a Time. "BDDC was very efficient to work with. After speaking with Emmanual, my understanding of what I needed to do on my end was clear. The timeline was quick and everything went smoothly. As a not-for-profit, saving money on a cost like this allows us to put those funds back into our day-to-day work. It allows us to continue to help the Brandon Business Community. The Chamber is a staple in our downtown community. The safety of our office is one that we take seriously. It is often unknown, but in our building, we rent out 7-9 additional offices at any given time. Currently, including us, we have 9 organizations/businesses working out of our building. With the ability to safely secure our doors, it makes us a more attractive place to rent which helps keep businesses downtown. " Learn more about how BDDC can help you and your business thrive in the heart of our city. https://lnkd.in/gE9k3YDb #BrandonOpportunities #BrandonCommunity #BDDC #manitoba #westman #downtown #development #investment #brandondowntown #brandonmb #bdnmb #investlocal #DowntownBrandon #CommunityRevitalization #growth #improvement #grant #funding #community

Nonprofits AND for profits, We say it all the time at Midwest Studies Group …….”Don’t chase the money”. Make sure your new offerings and programs fall into line with your mission, goals, purpose, and even partnerships with others. Doing otherwise can create confusion, quick program/offering turnover, frustrate partners, and even stunt growth (which is an irony unto itself). So take the time to look at your strategic plan, do an objective ROI evaluation, and really consider if your new program/offering truly fits your passion.
