The magic of inbound leads 👇 For context. -This is a solo operator -2 years into owning her own firm -Has a clear niche -Had one big client First, we helped her inrogoe candidate flow for the 20+ roles her current client has. Our fulfillment team was able to provide candidates and get signed offers. While that was happening, she showed up to as many group and 1:1 calls as possible. Kept practicing her content skills. She sent 10+ posts for review and took the direct feedback I had in improved her writing. Keep at it. She had been building her network, getting more meetings into and inbound leads. Then it all come together. -The right client. -Already burned by other agencies. -Needed a niche recruiter. No internal team. Other recruiters out of the picture. Pay rates aligned.
