It is the right time to set the rules in the job sector. Specially for the private sectors. There are 2 things need to rectify first. 1. Need to assess the available human resources to see their eligibility. 2. Specially local companies and local management people need to change their views for the working conditions and behavior towards their employees. Yes this is the prime time to do things and promote our working culture up to the world standards. Specially staff guys are now the most harassed working class.
