Little Caesars Pizza. is ranked the 3rd largest pizza chain nationwide due to low cost, quick fulfillment speed, and contactless pickup for yummy pizza! It costs LC $2 to make a $5.99 large pizza. Food and labor costs are calculated at 30% of sales while 70% is accounted for rent, utilities, and profits. Critics claim LC cuts costs by being stingy with toppings, watering down sauce, and making too bready of a pie. Here are the facts, LC is company owned by the brand Ilitch. Iltich also owns Champion Foods who developes product lines that fit the needs of grocery stores and foodservice customers. Blue Line Distribution, another Ilitch company, ships and delivers Champion Food products to it's client stores and restaurants. Ilitch cuts costs by having no freight charges of it's own. Delivery charges within it's own companies are axed en route of it's customer deliveries. That’s because 73% of guests stay 7 days or longer (and 51% stay >30 days). In any business, profitability is determined largely by the amount of revenue generated per employee. An Extended Stay America can get by with 27% less labor than mid-scale hotels, requiring only about eight employees per property. That’s because when guests stay longer, housekeeping can occur less frequently. Weekly for long-term guests. Less frequent cleaning results in less laundry and fewer supplies. Extended stays also mean fewer check-ins and check-outs resulting in less complexity for the front desk. Fewer commissions paid to booking sites. Instead, there's a national sales team to identify travel opportunities related to #healthcare #energy and #infrastructure staffing. Here, #construction costs are held down by more efficient use of space, a room design that minimizes FF&E, and omitting amenities like the pool, meeting space, and business center. Start this process 2-3 days in advance by identifying areas/floors to be closed and allocating arriving guests to specific floors. This allows the hotel to switch off the power of unused sections without disturbing guests.
