Women Supporting Women? Yes. Two days ago someone asked me if I was a co-worker of the speaker as, along with two other women, I was cheering for her and applauding while she was giving her speech. When I replied "no", she looked surprised. Nevertheless, I have seen more and more women supporting each other and let me tell you this is a game changer. And Harvard Business Review makes it clear that it is a game changer not just for women but for organizations overall. Here are some powerful insights: 🌟 Higher Job Satisfaction: Women with strong, supportive networks of other women in the workplace report significantly higher job satisfaction. 🌟 Accelerated Career Growth: Women who have female mentors and sponsors are more likely to advance in their careers. These relationships provide guidance, visibility, and advocacy, which are crucial in breaking through barriers and progressing. 🌟 Organizational Benefits: Companies with a culture of women supporting women see higher levels of employee engagement and retention. When women advocate for each other, it leads to a more inclusive and productive workplace, driving organizational success. Have you experienced the power of women supporting women? Women cannot manage the kitchen and cabin together. Don't inspire them. I am sure many people have said it to your sister, daughter, wife, mother, but I have something else to say today. Women do not need inspiration. Women need a room without any of it. Did you know that women make up almost 47% of the workforce in many places? Despite this, they face many challenges. For example, women often get passed over for promotions and earn only 82 cents for every dollar a man makes. When we encourage women to balance their work and home life, they can really thrive. Research shows that companies with women in leadership roles are 21% more likely to do better than those without. It's time to change how we think. Instead of doubting women’s abilities, let's create supportive workplaces that help them succeed in both the kitchen and the office. By working together and understanding each other, we can unlock the full potential of women and benefit from their unique insights and skills. Let’s push for changes that empower women so they can shine in every part of their lives! #itirawat #womeninpower #empower #skills #benefit

Hiring women isn't about filling gaps or quotas. It's about recognizing the incredible talent, energy and multitasking capability they bring. Women consistently prove themselves across industries, offering new ways of thinking and problem-solving. BUT Too often, women aren't given the same chances as men. There are also many conscious biases. Employers need to fix this! We need inclusive workplaces where women have the same chances to LEARN, GROW, and SUCCEED. This isn't about giving women an advantage. It's about making our organizations better for everyone. Let's stop doing things the same old way. It's time to rethink what we look for in our employees. We have to make changes now. → Examine how you hire. → Become mentors and supporters. Make sure your workplace is one where everyone can reach their potential. The success of your organization may depend on it! Let's talk about it. What's your workplace doing to rise to this challenge? #empowerment #workplace #talent

🎉 Today, my heart is full of joy as I share a profoundly personal moment – the launch of "Where She Gathers", my new venture, on this International Women's Day! 🙋 "Where She Gathers" isn't just a business; it's the essence of my soul poured into a mission – to unite women in the workplace, to empower them through the power of women's circles that delve deep into themes that resonate and help them embrace their full potential with confidence and grace. Our aim? To create safe spaces where women can not only connect and share but truly thrive, liberated from the burden of judgment and pressure from elsewhere. In my journey, both personal and professional, I've witnessed too many instances of women being disempowered, silenced not only by men but, heartbreakingly, by their fellow sisters. My direct experience with female workplace rivalry, unsupportive leadership actions to address its manifestations, and growth barriers which resulted from this, ignited a realisation …. it's time for a different path. Years of well-being coaching and personal development now fuel my commitment to offering what I've gained to those facing challenges like mine. As I embark on this emotional journey with Where She Gathers, I'm deeply moved by the extraordinary women and men who've illuminated my path. Together, let's not just hear every woman's voice but cherish it, rewriting our stories with resilience and strength. 💪 If you feel drawn to bring this beautiful transformative program to the women in your workplace, let's connect.📲 www.whereshegathers.com #WhereSheGathers #EmpowerWomen #InternationalWomensDay #workplaceempowerment

Happy Women's day to all the incredible women who make a big difference in the world. Sharing an insightful read on this special day - "Lean In" by Sheryl Sandberg. Key takeaways from the book : * 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Women should pursue their ambitions without reservation. Ambition is not a negative trait and women should not shy away from expressing their career aspirations. * 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬: Women are held back by internal barriers, such as lack of confidence and fear of failure. It is important to believe in oneself and take risks to achieve success. * 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Rather than pulling back when faced with difficulties, women should "lean in" and confront challenges head-on. This involves being proactive, seeking opportunities for growth, and embracing discomfort. * 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬: It is important to build strong support networks both inside and outside the workplace. Mentorship and networking are essential for career advancement and personal development. * 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐬: Gender bias is prevalent in society and the workplace. Women should recognize and challenge these biases, advocating for equal treatment and opportunities. * 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Balancing work and family responsibilities is complex. It is important to find harmony between the two and practice policies that support work-life integration, such as flexible work arrangements and parental leave. It is imperative to have equal partnership in domestic responsibilities between partners, enabling women to pursue their career goals without being burdened by disproportionate household duties. * 𝐁𝐞 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: Women should learn to speak up, voice their opinions, and assert themselves in professional settings. Being vocal and advocating for oneself is crucial for career progression. * 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬: Support other women in your careers. By lifting each other up and fostering a culture of solidarity, women can collectively overcome barriers and achieve greater success. #womensdayspecial #womenleaders #womenempowerment
