It’s going to take a lot longer And a lot more capital And every ounce of emotional and physical energy you have. You’re going to try 20 things and 1 might work. You’re going to run out of money, or darn close… multiple times. You’re going to question yourself and your skills more than you ever have in your life… But, you just keep going. This is what small business acquisition feels like. And most any other startup out there. Choose your path wisely
So true man. When people want to start businesses, it’s so hard to truly know what these things really mean or how real they are. The biggest moat a small business or startup can have is staying alive. If they do that they will beat out 90% of their competitors.

So true! In our journey we had our first deal fall through when the seller backed out ONE week before closing. But we picked ourselves back off the ground and started again. About to close on another much larger and better deal this time around. Persistence pays off.
Amen! This is where I am right now. Questioning it all. But I have also spent the last 2 days with my son which why I chose this path.
