Every other week, I travel 12 hours to the Yale School of Management on the Wednesday redeye flight and then 13 hours home on Saturday night. Between those trips I attend 12 hours of classes plus colloquium speakers, planning meetings, homework sessions, and long conversations with amazing classmates from industries all over the country. It’s exhausting and thrilling and probably crazy—but I am so grateful for the transformative opportunity and the improved ability to make a difference as Idaho State University’s general counsel. Whether in Pocatello or New Haven, I am surrounded by incredible people. And that’s something I am truly thankful for.
