Reflecting on Purpose and Growth ✨ In November, I was fortunate to be selected for the Edinburgh Business IMPACT! Programme, funded and supported by Business Gateway. Over four intensive and inspiring days, I had the opportunity to connect with incredible businesses, all driven by a common theme: purpose-led growth. It was both motivating and refreshing to be surrounded by individuals and businesses passionate about creating positive change. The sessions were packed with learning — from defining mission, vision, and values to exploring environmental impactand regenerative marketing. The structure of the programme was impeccable, and it provided so much clarity on the "why" behind what I do. My big takeaway? Purpose is the core foundation that keeps us focused, authentic, and aligned with the impact we want to create. Now, as I look to 2025, the challenge is keeping the momentum going and consistently applying what I’ve learned. This is often where the excitement fades and accountability wavers. So, I’m reaching out to my network: 1️⃣ How do you stay committed to applying what you’ve learned from a programme or training? 2️⃣ How much time do you actively set aside to focus on your purpose and vision? Is it something you schedule into your week, or do you revisit it periodically? I’d love to hear your tips, tools, or strategies that help you stay accountable and keep the energy alive when the group support fades and the busyness of day-to-day work takes over. Here’s to keeping purpose and momentum alive in 2025! Dana Drzikova Matt Cameron Emma Jenkins
