Christy Johnson has been a part of the Panoramic Ventures community for decades. Today, we're thrilled to formally announce that she has been named General Partner and Chief Performance Officer (CPO).  In 2008, Christy became an early member of the BIP Wealth leadership team, then assumed the role of COO and guided the firm through its evolution to BIP Capital. She assumed the role of CEO for Panoramic Ventures portfolio company AchieveIt in 2016. She will continue as chairperson of the board as she returns to Panoramic. Christy's return to Panoramic is significant. She will lead the Performance Engineering practice, a differentiated offering that deepens what it means to be invested in founders. With her venture capital and startup experience and her passion for entrepreneurs, she is sure to accelerate success for many. We are thrilled to have her back among our ranks!
