Rancho BioSciences is hearing more and more from the Non profit space about the need for impact measurement and evaluation. Non-profits increasingly need to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of their programs to attract funding, ensure accountability, and optimize their operations. (Read: Find Cures!) Data Collection and Integration is key to this end: Non-profits often have fragmented and inconsistent data across various programs and activities. Integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., fundraising, program outcomes, volunteer engagement) into a unified system is essential for comprehensive analysis. We can help with this - we are all here working to cure these diseases. Can we help reveal your impact? #impact #dataintegration

It is unspeakable that women’s health is so low on society’s list that women with fame have to stand up on a podium and explain how even they couldn’t get diagnosed with endometriosis in a timeframe that allows for more positive outcomes and a reduction in medical trauma, misogyny and gaslighting. Endometriosis is not only a bad period. A bad period is not just hereditary. Endometriosis is not depression. It’s not anxiety. It causes those things but it’s not that. Endometriosis is not the endometrium. Endometriosis is not visible on imaging in most cases. Why do women all over the world have to over educate themselves on this condition and, only, when they have traumatic medical experiences with hundreds of misdiagnoses, dismissals and dangerous mistreatments. As human beings on this earth we have a right to proper care for this disease.
Just one week out from the 2024 Blossom Ball and we're flashing back to Corinne Foxx's incredible speech from last year's gala. #BlossomBall isn't just a fancy party, it's EndoFound’s annual fundraising gala which not only raises a significant amount of funds to support landmark research, advocacy and education, but also raises a ton of #endometriosis awareness! We're looking forward to sharing more impactful moments from this year's event as we recognize Bindi Irwin, Drs. Christine Metz and Peter Gregersen (The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research - ROSE Study), and Ridhi Tariyal CEO, NextGen Jane. So the University of California, with donations from Alumni, have created a website, that highlights scientific research in emotional wellbeing, happiness and kindness (to some, a boring and non popular topic), or as they put it "Greater Good magazine turns scientific research into stories, tips, and tools for a happier life and a more compassionate society." It is evidence based, and really very good. I am not affiliated with them in any way, I just wanted to share something quite powerful that you can put in your toolbox for business success, and something that you could possibly benefit from personally too.
