Below some ideas during the fireside talk with Marius Istrate, our Chairman of the Board. ➡️If you are not enthusiastic about what you do, it will be hard for others to become enthusiastic. ➡️Chemistry between the founders is something to which angels are attentive. When you bring people on board, agree what happens when you disagree. The dynamic of the team is an element to analyze: is this dynamic going to work to deliver the result? ➡️When addressing a group of angels there is a possibility to get one investor or many, through a syndication. That is a good thing, as one investor usually takes the lead and is easier to discuss with just one not more, making updates and keeping them in the loop.
