One of the key elements in large scale interventions is to do periodic checks for effectiveness. Be it training programs, change management programs or other people related initiatives, organisations like to (and it is essential) to track the progress- simply called before and after.
Understanding participant engagement, views and actual learning and shifts are part of this before-after tracking.

So one of our clients is actually a large HR advisory company in India. They run many, many programs for public sector undertakings either as individual learning programs or as long term leadership journeys. For senior people in these public sector undertakings, one of their asks from elementary was actually to deploy assessments for them, preprogram, mid program and post program. Now what it is done for them is three things. One, they are. Will do actually now track participant behavior, improvement in behavior might journey or at the end of the journey for the client #2 the physicality which they were indulging in, if I may call it that. In terms of paper and pencil, feedback at the beginning or at the end and so on and so forth has been completely automated and digitized now. This has also led to 100% completion of all the assessments before mid journey and after every learning program. No, the best part of this because they're not capturing data for every single participant, every single cohort of participants and for multiple cohorts within the client. They're getting a lot of data analytics in terms of the improvement in behavior, specific feedback from a particular program or from a particular set of participants and so on and so forth. This data is actually enabling them and the analytics and enabling them to improve their programs on a continuous basis as well as add significant value to their clients. So this is another success story of elementary and where single assessments can be used by training companies or by anybody actually rolling out different kinds of programs to do pre, mid, post kind of tracking.
