Get out of presentation mode! I've seen too many real estate agents look for the secret sauce to getting more listings, and I keep the answer as simple as possible - Stop rattling off facts. Stop trying to sell them on you. And... Stop winging it! Instead, shift your mindset from a salesperson to a consultant.
