A strong brand builds trust, fosters customer loyalty, and drives growth. Whether you're a startup or an established company, investing in your brand is crucial to stand out and make a lasting impression. This is especially true for realtors. John Wooden said it well ... 1. ."Be more concerned with your Character than your Reputation, because your Character is what you really are, while your Reputation is merely what others think about you....Choose to Always Do What is Right". 2. "A Leaders most Powerful ally is his or her own Example in Action and Word" 3. "It is the Little Details that are Vital. Little Things Make Big Things Happen" ------------------------------------------------------------- I have counseled many Business Leaders over the years to "Make Your Character Clarify Who You Really Are, and Let Your Actions Demonstrate Your Character Clearly...That is How You Establish Your Reputation and Your Brand. Consistancy Always Matters!" It has been said it takes time to establish a good reputation, but only a few words or a single deed to detroy it. #ThoughtThinkers4You
What is branding? Branding is how people feel and what they think when they think about you. It’s built by everything you say. It’s created by everything you do. It’s augmented by everything you post. It’s not the logo. It’s not the tagline. It’s not the pitch deck. It’s not the colors you use. It's how you treat others. It's what you talk about. It's your handshake. It's your smile. You have a brand. It’s your reputation. Once you are gone, it’s legacy. Your company has a brand. It’s their reputation in the marketplace. The way that prospects and clients view it. We don’t talk a lot about virtue or reputation anymore. We talk about someone’s vibe or their brand. But we’re getting at the same thing. What people think about you. How people feel about you. How we treat others matters immensely. A good brand is hard to build. And easy to destroy. Happy building. #branding #sales #business

Most people think about colors, logos, and attitude when you talk about brands today. As a small business owner, you are your brand. So being intentional about how you show up everyday in the marketplace is really brand management. How your employees represent you is brand management. How do you want your customers and potential customers to feel when they see your company logo or name? What action do you want them to take when they do? How do you think people perceive your business and is it what you want?
