₹160 Cr revenue run rate from just 15% of stores… and Zepto is just getting started! The crazy part isn’t just Zepto’s success. It’s the huge opportunity quick food delivery presents. Blinkit is a last-mile logistics company branded as Quick Commerce. 2 things they failed at massively 1. Vegetables 2. Grocery White labeling They now deliver every product that no one needs quickly e.g.: PS, phones, and Lenskart's chasma. That's where margins and the possibility of survival are. Smart that they realized fighting vegetable Mandis and Kirana wouldn't work for them after years of burning investors' money. Delivering vegetables (perishable goods ) is one thing and delivering non-perishable goods of other brands is another. They are swiftly changing the narratives and will soon phase out kirana and vegetables from their basket. It's happening. #branding #startup #entrepreneurship

Hello Founders and Early stage Investors, Let's talk about anti-dilution for early-stage startups in super simple terms Imagine you have a big yummy pizza 🍕 that you and your friends own together. You have 8 slices in total. Now, if you invite more friends to join and share the pizza, you want to make sure everyone still gets a fair amount. Anti-dilution is like a magical rule that helps your slice of pizza stay the same size even when more friends join and more slices are added. Example: Let's say you have 2 slices out of the 8-slice pizza (25%). Now, you invite another friend who brings a new pizza and cuts it into 4 slices. Without any protection, your 2 slices might feel smaller because there are now more slices in the total pizza collection. But with anti-dilution, we say, "Wait! Let's make sure your 2 slices still feel like you have 25% of all the pizza." It's like adding more slices to the new pizza so your share stays fair. 🔹 Why is it Important? This is important for early-stage startups because it protects the original team and early investors, ensuring their ownership percentage doesn't shrink unfairly when new investors come in. So, in simple terms, anti-dilution makes sure your share of the yummy pizza stays just as big, even if more people join the party! 🎉 🚀 #StartupTips #FounderAdvice #AntiDilution #EarlyStageStartups #Entrepreneurship #angelinvesting
