Here’s how we added $1.2M in prospective revenue to our funnel and achieved a 120% monthly increase in sign-ups with ONE simple change: For months, we’ve been analyzing and testing ways to boost our sign-up rates. One key insight stood out—most of our clients were coming from Google. They’d quickly test the app, explore the dashboard, and then book a discovery call. We realized we needed to make that initial step as seamless as possible. So, we added a "Sign Up with Google" button. That’s it. Really. One small change made a massive impact. Your target cost per acquisition (CPA) is a crucial metric !!! That determines (how much you're willing to spend) to get a new user. Here's how to set a realistic target: ➡Understand your LTV: Calculate the lifetime value of a user to determine how much you can afford to spend. ➡Analyze your competitors: Research your competitors' average CPA to get a benchmark. ➡Consider your marketing budget: Set a realistic target CPA based on your available budget. ➡Use data-driven insights: Track your current CPA and adjust your target accordingly.
