I always said, "I want to build a business." → Not a funded firework. → A healthy growing, profitable business. I first had to fail many times. Everyone criticized my "founder mode." I was laughed at for my commitment. And oh boy—did it require commitment! Today, I found this 10-year-old photo of me, from when I was building tgndata ..so that explains this memory lane post 🙃 It's funny what a simple photo can trigger life realizations that you daily skip. I have been struck by life and family challenges many times, In ways I hope no one else ever has to face. BUT Those experiences gave me the resilience To tackle business issues. To surpass any obstacle. The one thing I found that always worked? → Honesty and Transparency → Both on my teams and our customers. That's my only advice.
