However, taking a closer look at most organisations, there is a much smaller team of unsung heroes, quietly ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Despite not being in the spotlight, or demanding recognition and/or accolades, their contributions are the foundation for the success of any business. These quieter individuals are often overlooked, and their contribution either taken for granted, or underappreciated. In simplicity, they manage continuity, before it become a crisis. Let's start recognising and appreciating our everyday heroes who keep things running behind the scenes. They might not grab headlines, but they’re the actual success of our business. It takes a split second to say thank you. It can make the world of difference!

Hello Tribe, Here is a personal invitation from me to you because you have been one of the most resourceful and forward-thinking individuals in my little corner. Many of you have been wondering why Hrspringboard has been silent for some time. A lot has happened, but the major thing is to break out from marginalization and be more encompassing. Hrspringboard was centered on careers and not other spheres of life hence, the reason for the initiation of Evolve Tribe as of February 2023 and Now, it’s one for about a year now and now it’s time to shoot the arrows for this initiative and So, what is Evolve Tribe about? 🤔 It is a platform with its grip centered around three objectives: 🤝 CONNECTION, 🤗 COLLBORATION, and 💑 CARE. Evolve Tribe comprises individuals willing to help others at little or no cost live and settle comfortably into their new terrain, calling, or sphere of influence using the resources at their disposal. Individuals willing to help others with growth in various aspects of their lives. These individuals who are ready to make a change and impact others through their kindness. Yes! There is still a lot to grasp but this is a good place to start with this initiative. 💪 This initiative creates a platform for individuals to become and connect with role models, social change agents, community champions, and global world changers. People centric individuals who help individuals chart a course in their career and life journey, to help them establish professional goals, create a plan, and overcome obstacles that may be on their path to achieving success in any chosen field. We keep the community in scope and the world our focus. We are grateful for the sense of belonging if you do believe in this vision and initiative. With most of my team off for the Easter holiday, I have an opportunity to put a few thoughts into words. It’s become clear to me that LinkedIn has become quite a dangerous place for young professionals. Here is my word of caution. More and more we live in a society that doesn’t commune with one another. We no longer look for validation, direction and mentorship in an intimate 1:1 setting through relationships that are built over a long period of time. Instead, using LinkedIn as a shortcut for guidance. The problem is two fold: A career journey is specific to the individual, one to many advice can miss the mark. Secondly, the sender is not actually trying to “help” others, they are trying to advance their own brand for some sort of personal gain. As a leader: 1. Jump out of the digital world and invest in real people 2. If you have a message to share with the world, think about the impact on the recipient & not the impact for you As a young professional: 1. Take everything you hear on this platform with a grain of salt 2. Seek 1:1 relationships with people who genuinely care for you (my career trajectory has very little to do with the businesses I have been a part of & everything to do with the people who invested in me) 3. Recognize that gimmicks don’t help you find success, value creation does. There is no shortcut to hardwork Lastly, I think this community would be less toxic if we could all just focus on creating meaningful value for our organizations and the people within them. Thank you to all the leaders who have invested their time and energy in my career without the expectation of anything in return. 

What I’ve learned scaling a team from 35 to 150 people… Almost five years on from joining Born Social and this July we’ll hit the pretty exciting milestone of 150 team members. 🤯🚀🪐📈👥📲💙⚙️🌱 I’ve been working with the most amazing team to scale our culture & operations in that time. Has it been a rollercoaster? Yes. Would I do it all again? Absolutely. Here’s what it’s taught me: 🧑🧑🧒🧒 Every hire counts: every person who joins your business has the potential to change it for the better, adding to your culture, improving your product, helping you grow. Making sure every hire does one of those things is almost impossible, so invest the time in your hiring process early on - make sure you’re testing for that potential through your interview questions, consistently and training your interviewers to look for the magic. It will be worth it. 🕹️Choose your tools wisely: we wasted precious time in my early days on clunky tools that required lots of training and it slowed us down. Finding the right tools that are easy to adopt, can scale with you and ‘feel’ like your business takes time but I couldn’t be happier with our tech stack right now, and the way everything plugs into each other to automate our admin. 💙 Your values are your foundations: I couldn’t be luckier that Born already had solid foundations in their company values when I joined. They have been the roots that have kept us steadfast as we’ve scaled, used in almost every conversation and decision around people, culture & operations. Whether you’re a team of 3, 30 or 300 - establish your values as soon as you can. Thank you for bringing me on the ride to 150 - we’re not stopping here right Charlotte Hamill, Ben Tyson? 👀

The single greatest asset in any organization is its people. It's not the equipment, the processes, or the systems. It's the individuals who make up the team. Unfortunately, most companies don't treat their people that way. They act like they're interchangeable parts and they're not. That's why it's so important to invest in the development and growth of your team. It's also why it's critical to take the time to recognize and appreciate the efforts of the individuals who make up your team. Don't misunderstand me. I'm not advocating participation trophies or a lack of accountability. I'm simply suggesting that you take the time to say thank you. It's a small thing but it pays huge dividends. It makes people feel appreciated and valued. It lets them know that what they do matters. And it does. It matters to the success of your team and your organization. So take the time to say thank you. And then take the time to say it again. And again. And again. You can't say it enough.

As we start the new financial year, wishing everyone a lots of positivity, hope and lots of success and happiness going forward. Gratitude to all the stakeholders for making a wonderful year at @ Nature Savior Private Limited across all our business units. Lots of new partnerships, new initiatives and challenges which has helped us all to become better professionals and humans. My advise to all the professionals / leaders managing teams 1) Be compassionate Over the last few years having gone through so much uncertainty and unprecedented situations, be aware that some of your colleagues are still going through the after affect, give them the benefit of doubt , be a good listener and be compassionate about each other feelings 2) Focus on training teams Unlearning and adaptability will be the key differentiators in the next decade, leaders who will be creating an environment for their teams to focus on learning new skills, focusing on digitalisation and self improvement will have a great key advantage 3) Empower , Empower and Empower If you are creating followers, you are not creating a legacy: that’s not leadership. Leadership is about empowering teams and trusting them to make them the right choice. Hire right talent, empower and just TRUST. Once again have a great year. Have fun. Pathetic Employees Wakefit. specially the Baner store. The store manager has no timings to ever be present at the store. absolutely NO Customer Service. Pathetic team of uneducated people who just want to make excuses. Wakefit Support the most unprofessional way of speaking to the Consumers. Delays in deliveries. NOT ready to co-operate, even when told will pay the difference for the higher ranged product and requested for callback to resolve the issue BUT no after service NO OWNERSHIP to retain Consumers. bad bad bad I wish I could tag the CEO Aniket Garg of Wakefit. Budd you need to get your team straightend up. I see you are a young entrepreneur, your succes will be short lived with these kinds of UNPROFESSIONAL Team. In challenging situations, it's common to quickly consider tough decisions like letting go of team members due to performance issues. When faced with this, I decided to try a different approach. Although coaching wasn’t the primary focus of my role as a project manager, I was inspired by a video by Aya E. about the GROW Model and felt it could benefit my team. The GROW Model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way forward) offers a structured way to support individual growth. We applied it by setting clear quarterly goals, assessing current challenges, exploring solutions, and planning actionable steps. Regular check-ins helped us track progress and adjust as needed. Even if things are running smoothly, implementing the GROW Model can still be valuable for fostering continuous improvement and development. Although I left the company before seeing the full results, I believe this model can drive meaningful improvements. If you're facing similar challenges, consider giving the GROW Model a try. There was a beautiful quote from Daniel Kahneman's Thinking, Fast and Slow in James Clear's weekly newsletter today. "If you are allowed one wish for your child, seriously consider wishing him or her optimism. Optimists are normally cheerful and happy, and therefore popular; they are resilient in adapting to failures and hardships, their chances of clinical depression are reduced, their immune system is stronger, they take better care of their health, they feel healthier than others and are in fact likely to live longer. Optimistic individuals play a disproportionate role in shaping our lives. Their decisions make a difference; they are the inventors, the entrepreneurs, the political and military leaders – not average people. They got to where they are by seeking challenges and taking risks. They are talented and they have been lucky, almost certainly luckier than they acknowledge... the people who have the greatest influence on the lives of others are likely to be optimistic and overconfident, and to take more risks than they realize."
