We've been building The Work Index for almost a month now, here's what we've learnt so far: 1. The insight we had about people wanting truth about their workplaces seems to be right. We had thousands of people coming to the site within the first couple of weeks without any paid spend and only one push from the team. 2. Companies want to tell the truth (well, most of them...) and we've had requests already from business owners, marketers and HR teams asking to claim and update their profile with additional info. 3. People are interested enough to tell us what they think! They want verification and love how the scoring makes comparison easy. 4. It takes time to rank on Google - even when you know what you're doing - and we're going to have to be clever about organic and AI search to really get The Work Index out there. 5. Everyone wants more data. Whether that's press, users, candidates, companies - everyone. They want to know how they compare and predict what might happen next. Accessible data is going to be a big part of this.
Everyone loves the data 📊
