Here's some things I've learned while doing business... 1. Stand firm on your pricing. Letting someone haggle your prices down is letting them devalue your work. , 2. All money is not good money. If a new or existing client is throwing off negative energy, it's worth turning down the contract. I've found that having peace of mind is priceless. 3. Be a good reflection of your business when you go out in public. You'll meet a lot of people when you're out running errands(grocery shopping, getting gas, etc.) and after striking up a conversation, they often ask what you do? You're appearance and how you carry yourself will be the difference in them wanting to exchange contact information or not. Business opportunities can come when you least expect them. #contentcreator #copywriter #websitedesigner #journalist #nba #nfl #sports #realestate #business

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝... After talking to a ton of agency owners today, I want to share the titles of these two books again: 1️⃣ 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙨 by Spencer Gallagher & Pete Hoole 2️⃣ 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝘿𝙞𝙚 by Gareth Healey You can also choose to think: Shut up, Wouter; I love running my lifestyle business and don't want to change at all. I don't like changes. I'm perfectly capable of running my agency like I want. 𝙋𝙎 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧, 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙠𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙝'𝙨 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙨𝙤𝙤𝙣 🤣

What would you do if you had to turn a hobby into a full-time income in just 30 days? Answer: I faced that exact scenario when my passion for photography became my lifeline. Here’s how I made £40,000 in a month starting with little more than my camera: 1) I identified my niche in food photography, a growing market for restaurants and food brands. 2) I contacted local eateries and proposed a “photoshoot” experience to enhance their menu presentation. 3) I told them they could increase their sales without upfront costs—only paying me a set fee if they liked the results. 4) “Free photoshoot, only pay if you're thrilled with the outcome,” became my enticing offer. 5) I leveraged social media to showcase my previous work and attract attention. 6) I used my savings to run an initial £200 targeted ad campaign to reach local businesses. 7) Each lead generated cost me £10, but I managed to secure three restaurants on a £1,500 package. That's a 15:1 return! 8) In the first week, I spent my ad budget and secured £10,000 in contracts, then reinvested for more exposure. 9) By the end of the month, I had made £40,000 from a passion I turned into a thriving business. This isn’t just theory; it’s how I transformed my life through creativity and determination. You can follow this model: identify your passion, create a value-driven offer, and market yourself effectively. Win-win.

One of my superpowers is that I can see all the potential and magic inside you. ✨✨✨ I know what you're trying to say when you don't have the words. And I have the strategy to make your dreams into something real. 🔮 Whether my clients are looking to push through £10K months or consistent £3K or whatever it is, it all comes down to one thing: the words. 🔥🔥🔥 The words carry the message. The message carries your brand and connects to your dream clients (and repels nightmare buyers). 💸 So you can raise your prices, build your audience, and use your magic to achieve your potential- the potential I saw all along 😘 I don't know what you want to build. But I will, as soon as we have the conversation. 💸 If you want to 2-3x your income in the next 2-4 months 🔥If you want to map out the next 6-12 months of your business ✨And if you want 3 core pieces of copy & a marketing plan to get you there (all within 90 days) Please DM me REVELATION and I'll send you some more information and we can hop on a call and get to know each other. 🙏 (Note that spaces are limited due to the 1:1 nature of this work)

My single biggest piece of advice: ⭐️ Take imperfect action. ⭐️ It’s okay if you don’t have the perfect plan. It’s okay if you’re not entirely sure what you’re doing. It’s okay if your end goal seems like some light in the distance. ➡️Just take those small steps forward. Because your end goal will never get any closer if you just keep planning and wishing and hoping and dreaming. It all starts with a dream or goal. But you have to make a choice, make a decision, take a step… Because the reality is, it’s never gonna be exactly perfect. And waiting for perfection is just an excuse. A delay tactic. Things will always shift, and we have to roll with the punches. But first, we just have to start. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ I’m Megan. I write personality-driven, strategic copy for vacation rental and travel brands. 👩🏻💻 Have a copy project you need help with? Need an extra pair of hands to give your marketing team a boost? Shoot me a DM or book a quick call to get the conversation started.

If a potential investor says, "No" → Move on to the next. If a potential book publisher says, "No" → Next. If a potential client says, "No" → Next. If a potential business partner says, "No" → Next. Remember that every "No" brings you closer to the right "Yes" So when you feel like giving up, → Don't. Because you are closer to success than you think! P.S. ***Do you need to ‘up your game’ for producing videos for your estate agency business?*** Is it the fear of doing them, the fact you don’t think it will be perfect to launch or you have simply just put it off, not done it and/or procrastinated? I was initially guilty of not getting on with what is very important for agents nowadays. Here are ten suggestions to just get on with it: First, practice in front of a mirror or with a friend to build confidence. Get that person to hold you accountable to x no of videos a week! Second, focus on your message and your audience, not on yourself. Third, create a script to help you stay on track. Fourth, start with shorter videos and gradually increase the length as you get comfortable. Do not make them too long as people will not watch them! 2 mins max! Fifth, remember that mistakes are normal and it’s okay to not be perfect. Sixth, watch other estate agents’ videos for inspiration and ideas. Seventh, use good lighting and audio tools to improve video quality. Also use many of the free editing apps such as InShot or CapCut etc! Eighth, focus on providing value to your audience by sharing useful information. Ninth, practice deep breathing or other relaxation techniques to calm your nerves. And tenth, be yourself and let your personality shine through—people will appreciate your authenticity! I’d be happy to share some finer details of getting started with any agent who would like a boost with this!
