🚀 3 Key Steps to Scaling a Google Ads Account Effectively 🚀 Scaling a Google Ads account isn’t just about increasing budgets - it’s about strategically optimising for sustainable growth. Here’s how we make it happen at BMAR Digital: 1️⃣ Expand High-Performing Keywords Start by identifying top-performing keywords and creating variations. Broadening these winning keywords helps capture more of your target audience, all while maintaining quality and relevancy 🗝️. 2️⃣ Optimise Ad Extensions Scaling isn’t just about ads—extensions play a big role, too! By adding and refining ad extensions (like sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets), we can increase visibility and click-through rates, capturing more high-quality traffic with every ad impression 📞. 3️⃣ Incremental Budget Increases Instead of large budget jumps, we scale by gradually increasing the budget on high-ROI campaigns. This avoids performance volatility, allowing the algorithm to adapt smoothly and optimise for cost-effective conversions 📈. Scaling a Google Ads account requires a balanced approach - each step is about capturing more opportunities while ensuring cost-efficiency. Interested in scaling or getting started with Google Ads? Do you find that the cost of your Google Ads clicks is getting too high? 😱 It can be scary to see clicks costing more than $50. You can add a safety feature to your Google Ads campaigns by setting limits on how much you want to spend per click for your Target ROAS and Target CPA campaigns. Google Ads has a useful feature called portfolio bidding strategies, which many people overlook. These strategies let you set the maximum amount you want to spend per click for your Target ROAS and Target CPA campaigns, giving you more control over how you spend your money. However, finding this feature can be tricky, as it's hidden under "Advanced options." By setting up portfolio bid strategies with maximum CPC bid limits, you can reduce the amount of money you waste on ads. It's important to analyze your campaigns carefully after setting them up, to make sure your performance doesn't decrease.

🚀 Rethinking Google Ads Success Metrics 📊 🔍 Beyond Click-Through Rate (CTR): While click-through rate is important, it's not the only metric that matters when measuring Google Ads success. 📈 Looking at the Bigger Picture: Focusing solely on CTR might lead to overlooking other important metrics like conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). 💡 Quality over Quantity: A high CTR doesn't always translate to conversions or sales. It's essential to prioritize quality clicks over sheer volume to ensure your ads are reaching the right audience and driving meaningful actions. 📊 Measuring Impact: Instead of fixating on CTR alone, consider a holistic approach to measuring the effectiveness of your Google Ads campaigns. Look at how your ads are contributing to your overall business goals and whether they're delivering a positive return on investment. 🌟 Key Takeaway: While CTR is an important metric, it's crucial to consider other factors when evaluating the success of your Google Ads campaigns. By focusing on the metrics that align with your business objectives, you can optimize your advertising efforts for greater impact. 📈 #GoogleAds #DigitalMarketing #MetricsThatMatter

Tests and experiments are a great way to improve your performance on Google Ads. When was the last time you ran one of these 5 ad tests? 1. Ad copy variations: Using the Google experiments feature is a great way to test variations with RSAs. 2. Bidding strategies: If your campaign is consistently hitting your daily budget and your goals, try testing a more aggressive goal to lower your bids. 3. Landing page and offers: Testing shouldn't be limited to inside the Google Ads platform. Your landing page and offer can play an even bigger role in your campaigns performance. 4. Keyword match types: If you're hitting your goals and maxing out your traffic, consider testing broad match keywords with your smart bidding strategy. 5. Account consolidation: If your account is still heavily segmented, run a test combining some of your more similar campaigns. The increased data at the campaign level can significantly benefit your smart bidding strategy. If you're not already, try using experiments inside of Google Ads to run these tests. Experiments are a great way to split test and make it easy to compare your data and performance before you commit.

Ever wondered why some Google Ads soar high while others barely take off? 🚀 It's all in the magic formula: Max CPC Bid * Quality Score = Ad Rank. This equation determines who wins the coveted 1st Position in the Google Ads auction, and it's not always the highest bidder! 🔑 The Secret Sauce: Quality Score. This crucial component can dramatically lower your costs and elevate your ad's position. 📝 Quality Score Decoded: It revolves around three pillars: 1. Ad Relevance: Your ad's alignment with the searcher's intent. 2. Expected CTR: The odds of your ad getting clicked. 3. Landing Page Experience: How relevant and user-friendly your landing page is. 🚀 Takeaway: A stellar Quality Score can be your ticket to top ad positions at lower costs. Google prioritizes relevance and user experience, so focus on crafting compelling ads and optimizing your landing pages. 🌟 Over to You: Have you experienced the impact of Quality Score on your ad campaigns? A potential client once called to inquire about Google Ads pricing. After providing them with a detailed proposal, they responded with, "It's just adding keywords. Why is it so expensive?" I took the time to explain how Google Ads is far more than simply selecting a few keywords. It's about understanding the nuances like phrase match, broad match, negative keywords, ad extensions, and continuous optimization to achieve the best results. I respected their decision and said, “Okay, you can certainly give it a try.” Within a 15 days, hey reached out again. This time, their in-house efforts weren't generating the desired results, and they were struggling to get quality leads. They asked if I could take over and fix their account. I gladly agreed and they were more than willing to pay it. This story is a great reminder that while digital marketing tools may seem easy to use, true results come from expertise and experience. Sometimes, the cost of not investing in the right strategy from the start can be much higher in the long run. #digitalmarketing #googleads #clientstory #marketingstrategy #resultsdriven #expertise
