Sharing one of the many stories I have about an insightful assessment tool called E-Colors that was developed by Lewis Senior. E-Colors is a brilliant tool to understand yourself more deeply and the style of those around you. I had the honor of working on an Equilibria engagement many moons ago, where I was part of a consulting team using E-Colors in a multinational company to improve performance across all types of KPI's. I have many fond memories of those days and the impact we made as a team both onshore and offshore. Last night at home. For these incredibly amazing boys, last night was their last night to play on this field. Yes, they had another win. But the real win has been who they have become in the process. Determination, selflessness, hard work, persistence, teamwork and a decent amount of fun/silliness has helped these boys start to become men. The kind of men the world can be proud of.
