#ThatsABar Possibility = Probability In our recent team meeting, we reflected on how this phase of our journey has influenced us both individually and collectively. We defined this moment in our company's history by actionable faith. It's inspiring to see us all learning to fly as we navigate a path we're responsible for building and championing every day, relying on ourselves and those who believe in our work to power through the unknown. We talked about what it means to be among the first to embrace the validity, reliability, and power of Possibility. Our journey has taught us to appreciate the mix of uncertainty and certainty, and the promising rewards that come from embracing these aspects and acting on them daily. As we discussed what we're building, we felt even more gratitude for the belief we have in each other, and even more importantly, the people, communities, and businesses we aim to work with and inspire. We cherish our position, honor our role, and are excited for what the future holds—for the days, weeks, months, and years to come.

Super happy to share that we aced our Introduction to Data Science project with a perfect score! A huge thanks to my incredible teammates for their dedication. Working with you all made it truly rewarding! And of course, a special thanks to our inspiring Ms.Tasneem Al-Qahtani , her dedication to education and passion for Data Science was a constant source of inspiration throughout the course💡 This project taught me the following key lessons: • Data visualization is key to uncovering insights • Clean data = accurate results • Machine learning has real impact, especially in healthcare Looking forward to applying these skills to future challenges and continuing to grow as a Data Scientist. So excited to talk about this today! How data manages incidents, data issues, and breakages is something that I've been really passionate about for years. As data becomes a pivotal part of many businesses, we as an industry need to start thinking more deeply about our approach to things going wrong—because things will ALWAYS go wrong, no matter how much we try to prevent it. It is not only important for the health of the company, but also for the health of your team. There are many ways to approach incident management; you may disagree with some of the points in my talk. My only ask is that you choose A way, and start thinking more about how you manage data incidents.
