COPY WRITER/MANAGER
Type: Full Time
Work set-up: Hybrid (2x a week onsite), Night Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am)

Job Description:

1. Content Creation:
▪ As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating various forms of content, including but not limited to
- White papers/ebooks: Dive deep into industry topics to produce comprehensive resources that provide valuable insights and thought leadership.
- Blogs/articles: Craft engaging blog posts and articles that captivate readers and drive engagement.
- Listicles/infographics: Present information in a visually appealing and easy-to-digest format to enhance audience understanding.
2. Content Atomization Planning and Execution:
- You will lead the effort in repurposing pillar content into other forms to maximize reach and support the buyer's journey. This involves strategizing how to leverage existing content across multiple platforms to extend its impact and relevance.
3.Campaign Copywriting and Optimization:
▪ In this role, you will develop compelling copy for various marketing campaigns, including:
- Emails: Create demand generation, nurture, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email campaigns that drive action and engagement.
- Campaign support: Craft persuasive copy for landing pages, website content, and social media posts to support campaign objectives.
- Ads: Write captivating copy for social media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and display ads to attract and convert leads.
4. Content Inventory Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive content database for clients, cataloging content according to marketing goals. This involves tracking performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
5. Independence and Value Addition:
- You will be expected to deliver high-quality work independently while also contributing valuable insights and ideas to both the team and clients.
Qualifications:
Writing Experience:
- 5 years -10 years of writing experience
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in content creation and copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and formats.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in SEO writing and SEM campaign copywriting to optimize content for search engines and maximize visibility.
- Excellent substantive editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials.
- A creative mindset with a strategic approach to content planning and execution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
